For your own account data (your name, email, company details), we act as a data controller. For the customer message data your business asks us to process through the AI agent, we act as a data processor on your behalf — meaning you (the client) remain the controller of your own customers' data, and we process it only per your instructions and this agreement.
If you are an EU/UK-based client, or a client serving EU/UK customers, we can provide a Data Processing Agreement covering our sub-processors (our AI provider, automation platform, and messaging providers) upon request. Contact support@fyxoai.com to request a DPA before or alongside signing up.
