2. What data we collect

When you use our website or services, we may collect:

Contact details you provide: name, email address, company name, phone/WhatsApp number
Business information submitted through our intake form: support volume, helpdesk tools used, sample messages
Payment details processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers ourselves — see Section 6)
Customer messages your business receives, which our AI processes to generate replies on your behalf
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and general location, used to detect currency and language automatically

To set up and operate your AI support agent
To send you onboarding emails, invoices, and monthly performance reports
To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
To improve our service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
To comply with legal and tax obligations

4. How customer message data is handled

As part of delivering our service, your customers' messages are processed by our AI provider(s) (for example, Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's models, or models accessed via OpenRouter, depending on which is active for your account) to generate responses. We do not use your customers' message content to train AI models, and message content is processed in real time rather than stored long-term beyond what is needed to deliver the service and generate your reporting.

5. Data sharing with third parties

We share data only with the service providers needed to deliver our product, including: our AI provider (Claude/OpenAI/OpenRouter), automation platform (n8n/Make.com), messaging providers (360dialog, Twilio), email provider (Loops/Brevo), CRM (Notion/Airtable), and payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Payoneer, Wise). We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Payment data

Payments are processed directly by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Payoneer/Wise). We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank login credentials — these are handled entirely by the payment provider under their own security and privacy terms.

7. Data retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as you remain a client, and for [X months/years] afterward for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. 9. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses minimal tracking limited to detecting your approximate country (for currency/language display) and, if applicable, basic analytics. We do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers.
