GDPR Compliance

1. Our commitment

We protect the personal data of people in the European Union and United Kingdom in line with the GDPR and UK GDPR.

2. Why we process data, and on what basis

3. Controller or processor

For your own account data (your name, email, company), we are the controller. For your customers’ messages and the content you connect, we are a processor acting on your instructions; you remain the controller.

4. Data Processing Agreement

If you are in the EU or UK, or serve customers there, we provide a Data Processing Agreement covering our sub-processors. Email support@fyxoai.com to request it before or when you sign up.

5. Sub-processors

• AI providers (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter)
• Automation platforms (for example n8n, Make)
• Messaging providers (for example Twilio, 360dialog, Meta, Zernio)
• Email providers (for example Loops, Brevo)
• Hosting (Hostinger, Oracle Cloud)
• Website analytics and translation (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Translate)

6. International transfers

We and several sub-processors are outside the EU and UK (including India and the United States). Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you can:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• ask for deletion, subject to legal retention rules;
• restrict or object to some processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Data breaches

If a breach affects personal data, we tell affected clients and, where the law requires, the supervisory authority, within 72 hours where feasible.

9. Contact

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Privacy questions go to support@fyxoai.com. For larger engagements we can discuss appointing an EU representative.
