Our story
Why Fyxo AI exists
Fyxo AI was started by Virat, who spent more than 25 years building and leading large sales and customer-facing teams, and more than 16 years running e-commerce businesses under the Arrowizo brand.
In both worlds the same problem kept coming back: customers ask the same questions again and again, at all hours, on every channel, and good teams burn out answering them. The AI to fix this now exists, but most small and mid-sized businesses have no one to set it up, connect it and keep it accurate.
So Fyxo AI does exactly that, as a fully managed service. You tell us how your business works. We build an AI agent that answers your customers on email, chat, WhatsApp, SMS and phone, in their language, and we keep it improving every week.
